Ripoff refuses to repay money they owe me they lie all the time

The email I sent to their Better Business Bureau contact was deleted and not read per the email that was sent back to me. This is what I wrote to her and to customer service:

I ordered your product on 12/13. I was told it could take a few weeks to get to me so I waited till 4/16/04 when I saw your commercial for the product again and realised I never received it. They asked if they could reship it to me. I said no... I am pregnant and a High Risk patient and on restrictions on what I eat and what I do (AND AMOUNT OF STRESS I AM ALLOWED). I said please send me the money back. They said they would have to mail me a form where I have to sign it and fill it out stating I never received the product.

I finally got it on April 28. I faxed on April 28 it to the phone number listed on it and than called the next business day. They said it was documented that they received it. And that I had to wait 10 business days. I than called on May 15 was told that it is actually 20 business days for the FedEx information to return. Than I called on June 3rd and was told that they never received a response back and that they would do it again but should only be a couple of days and someone was going to call me back.

This was told to me by a Supervisor. I think his name was Jay. I just now got off the phone with Ozzy M. At extension 702 and told me he will call me Monday by Noon Pacific time. I called back a couple of min's later and was told by the girl that answered the phone that buy the notes that my request was never inquired to Fedex till the June 3rd call. SO what does this mean... THAT YOUR REPS LIED TO ME IS WHAT IT MEANS.

I don't care anymore, I want the money that I am owed. I am not a wealthy person. My husband and I are a one income family and I can't even deal with this stress that YOU ARE PUTTING ON ME... That is how High Risk this pregnancy is. Is your company willing to deal with what stress you guys are doing to me and what service they are giving to their customers. If this is happening to me than its happening to more than just one person.
