We made several calls to Sam. He uses his cell numberr 416 924 2200 to market his painting and renovations company. Sam has no respect for peoples property or for that matter neighborhood. Rather than advertise permissible this rude ignorant person shows up at night and litters an entire neighborhood with wire and plastic signs posted randomly on front lawns postal boxes. Only an utter and dumb person would conduct themselves like this. If he had a viable business and had referrals he would not have to resort to littering and vandalizing city property. There are many by-laws that prohibit this and its well known but he is one of those few immigrant minorities that seem to think he is above the law. Today a child was running and playing and accidentally ran into this sign and almost severely injured themselves. When my neighbor call him he threatened legal action. Sam could care less, created an argument and hung up.

Stay clear of LA Renovations. If this is how much they care about the area they so call advertise in, just imagine how they may treat your if a problem arises. Brutally rude and and downright ignorant
