I was out of town for all but one week of this billing cycle, and for that ONE WEEK of energy usage, I have a $136 bill! What?! I had no heat on, water heater was off... I noticed every month my bill was going up despite my efforts to conserve electricity, but this is IMPOSSIBLE. Is it possible for the utility company to change what the meters read?
