Ripoff, rudeness, and complete incompetence

I asked AT&T to turn off my services on 6-30, by mistake they turned off my services on 6-10. I have called them several times to try and get them to turn me back on with no success at all. They are rude, they are lying to me and telling me different stories from one person to another.
