2 issues with Rue La La in one week. First, received wrong merchandise and could not get the item I actually ordered. Second, they canceled an order days after I placed it and got a confirmation. It was a gift and I had already told the recipient it was ordered for them. Now I have to spend an extra $100 to buy the gift at full retail. Awful. Too many other options out there for online retailers. Rue Bye Bye.
