Towed while in vehicle loading a washer and drye

Last night 1/24 at roughly 6:00 myself and a good friend were in the process of purchasing a new washer and dryer in capital hill, we pulled his vehile up once we had brought the washing machine down. We saw the tow driving drive by and my friend Matt went down to vehicle and actually was in vehilce when driver approached and boxed his vehilce in, we were considerate and polite to driver letting him know that we were purchasing a washer and dryer from tenant in the buildng, which there is no posted pics of towing on property, tow driver insisted on $70 to drop vehicle. We had just purchased washer and dryer set and only had 65, i was going to go up stairs to get 5 more for driver when driver drove off all annoyed and couldnt wait. I have plans to take every action possible. It is a sad day in this country when you cant purchase a used washer and dryer without someone abusing their responsibilities. It is no different then a police officer harassing a individual and abusing their privleges and responsibility to society.
