Totally misleading people on application fees

Www.passportsandvisas.com is a TOTAL SCAM!!! First I went on line to renew my passport and totally thought I was on a goverment web site. Second, they charged my card for what I THOUGHT was the passport fee but instead it was their $100 fee. I call them within 2 hours of doing this and told them I want my money back and they said I can get half back within 24 hours and nothing after that. I told him I wanted the whole amount and that they are mis-leading the public... They didn't care.
