Erroneous debit from checking acct

Following a 2-week test of Tampa Tribune I received a statement. I named the payment division to stop and informed repetition I really could not afford a subscription. The repetition provided a regular price of 5.80 for everyday shipping and that I approved and offered her the required data. 24 hours later $71.28 was taken from my checking and that I have now been attempting to have this corrected. All of them state the cash is likely to be put-back in my own acct but to date it's not been redeposited.
