Michel sales agent from Brimich solutions scammed us

Michel from brimich solutions came to my business and offered me a good package to lease intereac machine. He made me sign one document with brimich which is a contract to lease the intereac machine. He said I dont have to buy the machine; all I have to do is to pay monthly rental fee. He made me sign another blank document saying it is part of the contract which he will take care of it and I dont need to worry about the process. Later, he sent that document to MCAP without my consent. I had pre authorized payment set up as a result I had no idea I was charged by both brimich and MCAP.

When I sold my business, I was approach by brimich to pay cancellation fee for the contract. Moreover I was contacted by MCAP to pay 2500.00 to buy the machine which I will never use. I was never advised that I have to buy the machine.

Moreover, I was never advised about MCAPs role on the contract by Michel. He said I will get cheaper price to rent intereac machine from them and I dont have to buy the machine. MCAP is now asking me to pay them else they will take me to collection. MCAP said they already paid brimich on behalf of us and was collecting money from us for the machine. They said brimich scammed you and you should deal your matters with them.

I called brimich thousands time. Receptionist always tells me someone will call back but no one does. Currently I am getting called from MCAP to pay them for something which I am not suppose to. Could someone please advise what I need to do in order to get out of this mess? I do not want to pay MCAP as I never knew they exist. I already paid cancellation fee to brimich for the contract. I would never recommend someone to do business with brimich
solutions and MCAP. They scam people by alluring them good package and take advantage of peoples honesty. I would appreciate any comment or feedback.
