I was contacted at my place of empolyment by a persom claiming that I could get magazines for free all I had to do was pass them on when I was finished. I fell for it and said that was fine. Then I was transferred to a manager to verify that information. She went so fast and it was hard to understand what she was saying.

A few days later, a man showed up at my work and asked to see me. When he got to me, he said he needed a check for $26.00 to cover the cost of shipping the first shipment out an that I would need to pay an additonal amoun of $36.00 after that and that this was a processig fee.

After he left, I immediatly contacted the company (716 Services) and cancelled the "subscription". After being told that they were cancelling that, I then called my bank because I had given this guy a check. I also told them that I would be cancelling the check since I was cancelling the servies. She said it was ok. And then she thanked me for my time and apologized that I was not happy and we hung up. I want to say her name was Roslie. She wsounded foreign.

Anyhow, ever since this, I have been harassed at work by a pretty rude employee named Jessica. She is very rude on the phone. One day in a matter of 10 minutes, she called my place of employment 15 times. I have since been talked to about this. I have told her not to call and she still does.

Yesterday in the mail I got a letter stating that they are going to sue me for $754.00 plus court costs, legal fees, late fees, and disbursements if I don't pay the arreage of $107.90.

Heads up people, these guys are rude, relentless, and just down right need a life. I hope that an attorney decides to pick this up and sue them for all the hard times they are causing.
