Sobon & Associates Beware of this Business Office Center, Bad Service, High Rates, Possible Fraud

We contracted the services of Sobon & Associates and Sharon Sobon for a virtual office setup. However, we found the fees very high. We were also double billed many times by Ms. Sobon's practice of not only billing you for the service you requested but also charging you for the time it took her employee to carry out the service, in essence charging you twice for that one service. For example, we made a phone call from the office and incurred a charge for the long distance call but in addition Ms. Sobon charged us an exorbitant rate for the two seconds it took her employee to give us access to the phone system. The additional fee was never disclosed in any of the documentation Ms. Sobon provided when we started the service.

We complained to the Better Business Bureau about Sobon & Associates services, excessive charges, and fraudulent billing practices. Sharon Sobon's response was to send the Better Business Bureau an altered, unsigned copy of a contract containing terms we had not agreed to in the actual contract. Basically trying to fraudulently misrepresent what out agreement was between us and Sobon & Associates.
