Submitted multiple online request to unsubscribe their (Just Our Shoes) website. Called today and explained to a representative that I wanted to unsubscribe. She instructed me to go to their website. Once I told her that I has already done this twice she told me that she did not know how to help me. I asked politely for someone else that could and she HUGE UP ON ME! When I called back (assuming it was an accident) and once I reintroduced myself she asked "DON'T YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO?"

After expressing my dismay she took my data.
