Luring customers with $100 cards they never send, PLUS the worst service ever west hollywood

Dont believe anything that TWC promises, and especially not their so-called "$100 reward cards". Six months after switching to TWC, and despite a complaint I filed with the BBB, I still haven't received anything. TWC stated to the BBB that they would send the $100 reward cards beginning of January. At the end of January, I am still waiting.

But that is not all: this is the most expensive, but also the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. Periodically, I have no phone, no Internet and no TV for hours! And, they won't give a refund for the prejudice incurred. I am terminating my service. My advice to other consumers: Stay away from TWC; and if you are with them, leave them as early as possible.
