I have recently contacted this attorney several times for an legal issue that i was facing and made an office visit where the attorney stated my circumastance were so extreme that it be in my best interest to retain his services, which I made an initial deposit towards the retainer fee. Thereafter still somewhat perplexed from now learning my circumstance maybe more complex then what I imagined, I contacted and visited another attorney for a second opinion with the same information I posed to the first attorney. The second attorney laughed at me stating my case did not even require attorney representation. I immediately called the first attorney and stated these facts to him as well as refusing to continue with his service or advice for that matter.

The following day I faxed a formal request for my retainer fee to be refunded in full and low and behold this attorney states that I called him so many times that he has to charge me for the phone calls (and initial visit of half-hour) which his secretary stated he would never do and his advertisement page in phonebook states to call in case of emergency. I would advise anyone facing any legal matters to always get a second opinion before putting your money on the table. As of this date I have not received a refund for the balance of my phonebill debt that I miraculously incurred with this attorney.
