Aka Melinda McCray Aka Tony Kinnel Bait and Switch for one item and Failure to Deliver for another ripoff

This seller, mellba06902 on ioffer.com (who also has a website streetbagz.com) offered a purse for sale. I specifically asked if I would receive the same one as pictured, and I was assured that it would be.instead, I received a poorly made copy which had little resemblance to the photo.

On the same order, I bought a pair of shoes that were on back order. After three weeks, I asked for a refund, and Melinda offered a $60 refund... But the shoes cost $80.

She refused to offer a refund for the purse despite her not delivering the bag she promised. And, despite offering a refund of $60, she has refunded nothing.

I sent the purse back to her, and I promised I would file complaints with the post office for mail fraud as well as PayPal. Thankfully, I have all her e-mails, so getting my money back from the credit card company is in process.
