I signed up with Clear Capital Consulting and paid via Paypal. Brad, the person who he said is his name, (propably not) said that my file would be clean in 25 days or less. Nothing happen and they keep making excuses that it will be clean, but nothing happened. All they do is make excuses and I sent them several emails and no response at all, just another scammer.
Do not do business with them, they will scamm you.
Beware, they are also operating in San Jose, CA as well.
