Citizens Bank Phone Bank call center is nothing but a discriminatory sweatshop! Cartoon character looking managers walk around like the gustapo yelling out orders and cracking the whip. They are bringing in hundreds of new people to abuse and mistreat monthly. The bank is pushing sales and cheating customers out of more money by hiring previous telemarketers to manipulate these customers into buying products and or services that they do not need.
