Kevyn Jerome Nelson Rip off, scam, theif, con artist

This guy is a true rip off. I ordered some documents from him. The cost of the documents was $650.00. The documents were supposed to be shipped within 24-48 hours. That was over a month ago. I got one excuse after the other until now, I get no reply to my e-mails. Fortunately for me, I do have family members (2) which are attorneys. Once they heard about the scam and the money I lost, my sister's husband is going to file a fraud suit against him.
