What an EXPERIENCE

I got an add from craigslist for a home for rent in Whittier. I spoke to man by the name of Jose. He let me know in order to receive information about this home I needed to see the property. I meet with him in person to their office in Bellflower. He stated to me in order to receive any listings or information I needed to give a deposit down of $180. Joe clarified to me that it was refundable. They painted me a pretty picture which to me was more than beautiful.

He gave me and my family 3 properties to take a look at. I let there customer service set me up appointments for those homes. Never received a call so I had to follow up with them (like always). We got an appointment 4 days later even though it says 72 hours on their paper work. I got to view their home with a nice man from their office, but this is the part they didnt clarify. The applications are sent to the homeowner and it took 4 days for the homeowner to contact us!

By the 4th day I was so unhappy with them. The homeowner had already contacted me let me know that he didnt accept our application for some bullshit reason. I then contacted there customer service and spoke to Catie, she then let me know even though I didnt get approved they could still find me a home. It took maybe about a month for them to help us out. Finally one owner did get back to them. I was a bit unhappy with the condo but it was my families last resort. So at least they did help us, but lesson learn its not as easy as it sounds.By the end of this nightmare they only refunded us $90. Even thought we deserve it all back.
