Steve Hubbard has been fined multiple times by the licensing board in Albany New York. He gets clients to lower prices on their property so that it can sell below real value. He works with opposing agent and hires inspectors that will pass a house that shouldn't pass inspection.
He is a crook and if there is a chance the deal won't close he will threaten the buyer, sell or other agent. Whatever you do, don't work with him. His own homes which are always on the market are covered with black mold.
