Broker lies about transaction process to real estate agent and customer false promises

I found a property in port richey florida in january. The broker said upon pre-approval that there was no problem, make the offer. He never took the time to get what was needed done and needed 2 extentions to the bank selling the house. Upon pressure to close the deal, steve lied to the real estate agent and myself numerous times and covers up everything he says.

I found anouther bank and closed the deal on the house in the end of march. I never told steve i already own the house. He never contacted us until last week he had a loan but upon looking at the tax information, i already bought it and asked if this was a re-finance. What a jerk. 6 months later he has a loan and with all the un-returned calls prior to the closing he wonders why i went to anouther broker. He even raised his voice to me and the broker. He was very upset i took my business elsewhere.

I later found out my accountant was using the same guy and she also was having similar troubles. This guy just doesnt cut it.

I also had a person who was to rent the property from me and gave her 1 month notice to move out. She would have had no house if it were for steve to drag this out with no service on the loan. She has since moved in all while he was trying to get a loan. Stay away, this guy is just lazy and a lier.
