Smart Start staff misrepresenting itself as to work frequency and payment

There's been spaces in info regarding function (tutoring) because of pupils not turning up or insufficient error regarding procedural paperwork and pay routine. After I asked after I might receive money for that 1hour to tutoring I did so in Jan I had been informed by Stacy the dog owner that I'd not receive money till the finish of Feb which was within the guide, which was never directed at me; or, was every other details about the the truth that the pupil I had been provided never appears to arrived at tutoring despite the fact that No Child Left Out government resources are lost.
