Worked for this clown for two days. He had me drive a big rig from Fresno to Los Angeles, Cal hauling for STAPLES to Los Angeles Water and Power.
Two days, back to back.
Never paid me.
He also never asked to see if I had a valid CLD, or drug tested me, or any of the other requirements.
He never had me sign W2 forms with the IRS.
Numerous phone calls and letters has produced nothing.
Valtierra was turned over to the State of California Labor Commissioner. What would of cost him about $250 in pay, will now cost him $1,000's of dollars in fines.
Very strange setup.
