I went by the address given to me on receipt and it is a very nice white house in a very expensive neighborhood. I opened mailbox to slide my cancellation in and the mailbox was full. There was an old beat up toyota outside and looked like no business was run there. It was extremely shady and I have called 100's of times and still no return phone call. The gentlemen showed me what looked to be a legit permit so I trusted them. I am going to take legal action ASAP.
