I asked the hairdresser for highlights that matched my existing ones and all the other services included in the $75 fee for them. She agreed and proceeded. She complimented my hairtype and said she wanted to be my permanent hairdresser and said that blowdry, flat iron, and trimming would not be any extra charge. When I got to the register, my bill waws $118 which included $75 for the uneven highlights, $15 for an eyebrow wax I requested, and $28 for a shampoo and cut that I was deceived into thinking was included or at least complimentary since she kept saying nothing she did exceeded me budget when I asked each time she proceeded to do something else. I called and was refused a refund by the manager and customer service even though I have a receipt and a legitimate complaint.
