Went to Holiday Hair and ask for highlights, old highlights were growing out and needed a touchup at the roots, the so called stylist Anna stated "since you have some gray I am going to use a different color technique to color your hair", the end result is I ended up with a combination of orange and green hair, the hair cut was terrible also, she didn't seem to know what stacked in the back meant long uneven pieces hanging down the back.
I called back and asked for a manager, the store doesn't have a manager, the girl answering the phone stated the manager quit and we have new people here. I proceeded to call the corporate office and got a real attitude from the woman answering the phone named Allie, talking down to me, after several persistant calls to corporate the district manager left a message for me to show up at the salon and she would look at my hair, she put a cream on the whole head to lift the color, however, now I have brassy gold hair. Called back the the corporate office wanting my hair redone with the color highlights I walked in with and requested (beige blonde) or a refund, but nobody will return my calls. The most recent phone call to corporate Allie told me I should be happy with what they have done.
I went to another salon to get a second opinion and was told getting the brassy gold out probably won't happen, my hair has to be colored back to natural color all over then the highlights reapplied.
I was telling a friend about the incident and she also had a bad experience the this same salon and ended up going somewhere else and paying a second time to have her hair fixed, regis would not refund or correct her hair and it is impossible to get past the receptionist when calling corporate to talk to someone in management.
