Stinging burning sensation

I purchased an item for femine hygene cleansing out of this site so when I take advantage of it there's a burning feeling inside me and my lips turn reddish and scratch for times and also have small red blisters that trickle white ooze. It disappears following a week after which returns after like 2 weeks - it has been getting worse since by using this item and occasionally I move a few or 3 months without cleaning myself along there since it itches and burns so much.
