BTK ripped me off! $900,6 months, and no photos! Beware!

On January 18, Billy the Kid, of BTK photography came out to Los Angeles for a photo shoot for pageant photographs. He told me that if I paid for my entire order in full the day of the shoot, it would cut 2 weeks off of the 4-6 week processing time.

I have not received the photos and it has been 6 months. He took almost $900 from me, and has been rude and condescending when I have called him on the phone asking where my photos are. He did offer me $100 off of my next shoot with him! Yeah right... Like I am going to give this scam artist another $800 when I never received the first set of pictures in the first place?
