D. Kirk Wolgamott WOLGAMOTT & CHAPIN Law Frim MALICIOUSLY and dishonestly took away from my family And Greenwood NEBRASKA

Mr WOLGAMOTT is an attorney in Nebraska, his address is listed in Greenwood on the internet, but he misrepresented my brother in Lincoln, Lancaster county. I am extremely appauled at this behavior. He took my brothers case at the beggining of this year; when Mr. Wolgamott already knew he would be retiring.

Due to his Associate, Mr. CHAPIN notifying us, by letter; which Mr. Wolgamott obviously did not know about. I realized what Mr. Wolgamott had done. The letter stated, " Mr. Wolgamott should have already contacted you about his retirment." I was in shock, we recieved the letter a few weeks before the sentencing date.

My brother and I could not get a hold of anyone at the Wolgamott and Chapin Law Firm, except an answering machine. We left numerous messages that were never returned. We even wrote a letter asking for Mr. Wolgamott to respond immediately to this issue. And still, no responce.

On April 26th, sentencing-court date, my brother had no prior contact with Mr. Wolgamott to discuss sentencing or to question & have answered all of his questions and concerns. He paid GOOD MONEY for Mr. Wolgamott's representation, or should I say, MIS-representation. My brother was intentionally deceived and lied to. He paid for represention, believeing and trusting in Mr. Wolgamott to represent him justly; believing Mr. Wolgamott to be RIGHTEIOUS and JUST, NOT deceiving and untrust worthy. Mr. Wolgamott took this case, delibratly and intentionally lying to my brother.

Mr. Wolgamott perswaded my brother to take the plea; one that himself or his secretary typed up. Therefore I believe, Mr. Wolgamott didn't want to take this case to trial, due to an inconvience to his schdule for his so-called "retirement plan." In my opinion, he did this to his convience to make an extra few-thousand bucks doing it; without working righteously and just for it. My brother's charges should and would have been dismissed, due to violations of his rights, IF he would have been properly represented. I am constructing numerous lawsuits now.

My brother paid to hire, what he believed in the beggining, to be an honest and trust worthy individual and attorney, but obviously proven otherwise. This dishonest and malicious attorney, which I have been told, is now somewhere in Florida. He is requesting, the now Chapin & Associates Law Firm, to voice that he has retired and moved to Florida. They told me they can't get in touch or contact him. Well I guess, I can't blame Mr. Wolgamott because I would run too if I was trying to hide from something. I believe he is a con and his scam has caught up with him!!! I don't believe the whole story, something isn't adding up for me, somethimg isn't right.

The Law Firm is requesting the rest of the money from my family now. I am assuming someone at the Law Firm must know where Mr. Wolgamott is. To be requesting money for him, surely that will be sent to him later, I'm assuming they must have an address for him in Florida or whereever he might be. My brother has already paid out thousands to Mr. Wolgamott, for what? To be misrepresented? Deceived and sent to the Nebraska State Penitentary on charges that are false and were not even argued by his attorney? I know that is not what my brother was told would happen, nor what he paid for or wished for.

Now Mr. Wollgamott wants the other half of his "so-called", HARD EARNED DOLLAR. He worked soooooo dilligently on this case; well that is, worked so dilligently to PERSWADE my brother into believing LIES. I wont settle for what my brother was given, and what has been taken from him. He is now in the Nebraska State Penitentary for 3-6 months, with their possibility of Parole in October. He would have been better off with the state defence attorney they appointed him. He would be home with his four month old daughter and fiance right now if it weren't for this self-centered, egotistical, malicious, shifty, mendacious, deceiptful, venal, crooked, corrupt, so called attorney; practicing UNJUSTICE. I will keep striving until justice is DONE.
