Took payment, no merchandise shipped, cannot get in contact with company

Rollies.com took a payment for 75.88, but do not answer their phone to verify shipping. I have called over 30 times, and its always the same recorded advertisement for some other business. Now my card has been billed for a small amount from their paymentprocessing site hq-shop. Eu This site seems like a total scam, and i am planning on legal action asap unless i am refunded my money in FULL, or unless someone from the site contacts me within 24 hours and provides shipping info and a LEGIT phone number to contact them at. Also, would never recommend this store to anyone, as i have seen other usacomplaints.com online with the same thing happening to me.
