Customer service and executive resolution team there payment website had somehow changed my payment from debit card to eft payment and charged it several times and now i have to pay over 240.00 for there mistake

Payment issues i always pay by my pre-paid debit card well this last payment somehow their site changed it to an eft payment with an account ive never seen or ever had and kept charging it so that finally im owing over 274.00 when i called their customer service and then their executive resolution team (yeah right thats a joke) they basically accused me of entering it that way even after I repeatedly explained to them I always pay with the same card every month they say they have no record of that card. So something is apparently wrong with their payment site. All they keep repeating is the exact same thing as if they are illeterate or something. They said they would remove 30.00 of the fees which still have me owing over 240.00 and the worst part is im on a month to month account and have been guarenteed my bill will never go over my monthly service. Im beginning to see a resemblance to direct tvs business practice. They have no concern in keeping me as a customer that ive been for over 2yrs and have recommended several people to them as well and my intentions are to tell my friends and make sure they check their bills and leave dish since they pursue unfair business practices and not wanting to help consumers.
