No refund for faulty merchandise

I purchased 2 bamboo beaded curtains in mid-November. One was faulty material and had many broken bead strands due to rusted wires holding the beads together. I contacted their sales department through email and was given the option to get a new one with a 15% discount or I could get a full refund on the faulty one and not have to send. As the design I ordered was no longer in stock with new bead wires (they claimed they only had the older faulty screens in the style I wanted) I chose a refund.

After numerous emails (their phone number does not work), their sales department said my account would be refunded. After 2-3 weeks and no refund posted, I sent several emails again requesting a refund and was again told I would be refunded. Now a month later still no refund, no phone number that works, and absolutely no replies to my email requests for a refund to their sales department.

Buyer beware of this business! I cannot contest it either as I used a debit card instead of a credit card.
