I'm a citizen of Ridgecrest flats in river forest, California, that will be possessed and handled by Sares Regis. I've had my vehicle towed from the parking area open to all citizens many times. It appears administration is managing a fraud using the towing business to obtain a slice in the $200 billed to citizens everytime a citizenis vehicle is towed. Administration is very rude and unhelpful. This case went unmanageable, citizens today are experiencing their vehicles towed on standard schedule, when the permit occurs to drop of the dash. Additionally, the condo building is run-down, and dirty.
