ALDO - terrible policy

Withheld information and terrible policy! I purchased flats and the associated offered cushion insoles upon checkout - did not mention any price or final sale. Once I returned home, I found the charge of $5.99. Upon going back to the store for return ON THE SAME DAY, another associate said they were final sale and could only offer exchange, no refund.

While not expensive, I am very ticked off by not being told the additional cost, nor that they were final sale.
