Poor insulation of equiptment

We had a phone line and dvr box installed. The service man ran the cable along the wall over top a dresser and across the middle of the room over a set of golf clubs. He was very rude, flirted with the female on the other end of the phone when checking to see if the phone worked very unprofessional. After leaving we discovered 200 dollars missing from a bank envelope and my husbands wedding band. Very expensive cable and phone hoop up! I cannot get someone from the cable company to even call me back. Everytime I call they assure me someone will call 24 to 48 hours. When I called them the lady took off the 70 insulation fee WOW We pay a lot of money every month for our service and had been customers for a long time. This is not right to be ignored. We have filed a police report about the money and ring. Comcast this is a rip off
