Owners should entrust their property manager with more than just their physicalassets. Property managers handle, reserve funds, deposits, and write checks onthe owners behalf. To function properly, this relationship requires trust, transparency and accountability which I feel that Northwest Condominium Services in Shoreline WA owned by Duane Hoff does not provide to our condominium community.
Reserve Studies "have not" been completed in a timely manner, owners have requested copies of annual community audits, monthly financials and there is always hesitation and resistance in forwardingthis imperative information. There is a significant problem when an associationhas $48,000 in aged receivables. As you can see from some of the photos, thereis some serious lack of maintenance and this company does not adhere to theDeclarations/Bylaws and Rules/Regulations.
There are inoperable cars, maintenance items that are not tended to which intern causes unnecessary largeassessments for us.
