ERA Elite Ventures Realty, Real Estate Company "rip-off" Military family

To sum up this company very unprofessional, poor communication skills, terrible customer service, no integrity, and most importantly claims to cater to the military but does absolutely nothing to accomondate military families. I know this first hand because i am military and this property management company did nothing but cause grief to me and my family. No repairs were never complete the 12 months i lived at one of their properties. The lease renewed for 24 months without proper notice and when i deployed, i tried to become terminated from the lease but could not terminate without paying 6 months even after showing proof of deployment.

This company is a joke i recommend no one to ever rent from this company. Oh and by the way after speaking with 3 different property managers and supposively the "? Ceo" of the company my problems still remained. There is always new people working in office each time you call and you always have to leave a message that never gets returned. After 10-15 unreturned phone calls i finally showed up at the office only to hear "they are in a meeting" or "at lunch" this company is terrible and does nothing but gives you the run-around. Oh and for the record, this "kia chambers" character that suppose to be the manager has no empathy or compassion for the military and has nor intergrity &warning do not use this company. This company does not care about people or the military families and are complete liars&
