Rip-off! They took the down payment, promised installation, then canceled over and over

They promised to call in May of this year to set installation, began in june of this is june still no pool and no money returned

All this began in June. Salesman came to house and we agreed to the larger, more expensive pool [they spoke negatively of adv. Pool] called that night to cancel. Had given 500.00 down. They threatened with taking my home or put lein on it. I agreed to keep pool, they were supposed to install in 2 weeks, installer didn't show up. This went on until 09. Finally I demanded my money back. This is june and I still haven't got my pool or money. They were very rude. I had to increase my med. For anxiety as a result. I would be glad to go in on law suit against these people.
