I put an order May.in those days, "Europe" was area of the drop down menu for delivery. Following a month of no items shipped, I examined the standing of my purchases plus they were still pending. I go through their guidelines and unearthed that had improved items. They no further ship to Europe and chose to maintain my cash and never tell me.

I approached them many times in most feasible means I really could. It got about six months before somebody eventually answered, but any reaction I created next was overlooked.
