On the date of November 19, I was due to pick up my photos I had taken with this company. After paying the remainder of my balance I was told that part of my package would be unavailable due to the company not wanting to rush my photos and wanting them to be top quality. Mr. Shaw of whom I had taken my session with assured me there would be no problems confirmed my address on file and told me that my pictures would be mailed out that Monday the 21st and I should receive them by Wednesday the 23rd. These days came and went I heard nothing from the company.

After the end of November I decided to give the company a call, I was unable to reach anyone, but was able to leave a message in which I did. Two days later I received a phone call from the woman's voice on the answering service, I explained my situation and my complaint to the individual, she in turn became very combative with me, I continued to remain calm cause result is what I wanted not argument and at that point I began to see I was dealing with scam artist. After our conversation she said that she would have Mr. Shaw, the photographer contact me, I thanked her and ended the conversation.

Time passed and still until this day I have heard nothing from Mr. Shaw or his company.in conclusion I am seeking legal action against this company. I spent close to $400.00 dollars with this company and am very displeased with the quality of the photos i did receive and the quality of the service and not to mention the lies, and inconvenience they have caused my family at this holiday time, there were a lot of better things I could have done with that money I am a single mother of three. Thank you for this post and I hope they do not get to many more opportunities of hurting people.
