Sold me a defective item over the internet. Addison collection sent me a bag I did not order, and then sent me a defective damaged bag in replacement. I returned both items and addison (butch) charged me 25.00 for all of my troubles for a restocking fee for a bag that needed to be thrown in the garbage. I want my 25.00 back.

Sent to Butch the owner of the internet store and the physical shop:
"It has been two months of madness with this order. First I was sent a christmas bag— not the bag I ordered, and then I received weeks later a defective badly glued bag just bearIy together. I have once again returned the very same defective mary frances handbag sent to me after they re-glued some gummy poorly glued areas that had lifted away from the body of the bag.instead of replacing the hand bag with a new one - mary frances just slapped some more glue on the poorly made bag I returned to them.
