Our company/Gentry Equipment was contracted with Addison Construction to complete work. Also, we were given verbal instructions to complete other work which was approx $30,000.00
We completed all work on the contract and the verbal requests. Addison Construction would not pay us for the verbal items and they refused to pay the final payment of approx. $15,000.00. Once again, We completed everything requested of us and the contract items.
