No Credit After Return

We delivered product in unique presentation after getting authorization in the organization. We delivered the bundle 11/24. They acquired it 12/2. Today they're saying we shall not visit a credit on our charge card until Feb. I created a large mistake purchasing straight in the organization. Exactly the same product can be obtained on Amazon plus they provide credit instantly. This 60-day wait return policy isn't published on the webiste. Customer support was really patronizing and never prepared to provide any help.
