I ordered a sampler kit of this skin care online and they continued to send me products and charge my accounts WITHOUT PERMISSION. I was careful not to agree to anything but one purchase

Proactiv skin care products are a scam. The company keeps trying to send me products I did not order and has charged my credit card and now PayPal for these items, including ones I never received. I sent one package back, return to sender but have been charged for two. I ordered a sampler kit ONCE online and was very careful not to agree to any more products than that but they continue to take my money. The item in PayPal says it is "pre-authorized" which is a lie. They are nearly impossible to contact, and I have asked them not to send me more but have been ignored.
