I posted an order online on 12/11, Kodak waited until 12/18, over per week after my purchase was positioned to inform me it might not be satisfied simply because they went out. I attempted to solve the issue via live-chat and within the telephone. I had been essentially told I had been from fortune. I requested to be delivered an identical item for that same cost, I had been informed no they might not. The alternative item I had been provided was three times more costly than my initial purchase. The very best Kodak might do was provide 25% off, which is still not really near to the same cost. It was not my mistake, Kodak has terrible customer support. Plus my purchase was assured to reach by 12/23. Kodak please possess some ethics and repair your error. I actually donot believe it had been uncommon to request an identical item for that same cost. If you should be sold-out, maintain your site current. Because of Kodakis late reaction to me, I can't get my structures requested from any site but still have them by Holiday. Thanks for destroying my holiday present.
