They charged me a late fee when I paid within the grace period, then they were going to raise my rent which is not allowed in my contract

Trust me when I say, use a different facility. They charged me late fees when I have proof I paid within the grace period stated on my contract, and when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they sent me a notice that they were going to increase my rent! I was only there 4 months, it is not stated that even after one year that they are allowed to raise my rent. To top it all off, the unit leaked and ruined my dresser.
