I will simply tell you that my experience echoes exactly the same experience and that it follows the same scenario as the Original report #414802 from Huber Heights. My project was not connected with an insurance company though. I wrote a check directly from my personal checking account for my deposit on new windows. I also started having trouble reaching this company as the weeks went by, and was promised over and again that the project would be done soon.

The order was finally cancelled and I am now trying to get my money back.

I will most likely have to follow the same path as the Huber Heights author. I have filed a BBB Complaint, and am currently going back and forth with this company. They have not refunded my money, and in addition, they wrote an NSF check out to me for the amount of my refund, so I have incurred bank charges as well.

I do not recommend this company.
