Meet up.com meetup.com fraud and fruadulent scam

I had two meetup groups, both were VERY compliant with their terms of service. All of a sudden, I get an e-mail saying my account was closed due to terms of service violation, but absolutely none we violated. When I e-mailed to find out what happened, all I got was "our attention was drawn to your groups, and we closed your account. We consider the matter closed." I demanded a refund, and got no response. I asked very specifically what EXACT TOS I had violated, and they would not even respond. Meetup.com is a scam. This is what they do, and generate fees.
