On December 13, I bought 1800 favor point that I used to purchase over 67 newly released Conquest Treasure Chests. These chests advertise that they contain a random item, soldier or hero and advertize a 5% drop rate for the most rare hero's in the game. Unfortunately, their program does not work well and resulted in a 1% drop rate for these rare items. I am disappointed cause the Castle Age program contains many bugs and does not work properly. The product information was misrepresented.
