My fiance and I fell victim to this "flex card program." And he was told by someone at the "office" that the card is accepted anywhere Visa is accepted. It would be nice to find out, but after both of us paying for the card, neither of us has received one. A phone call to them resulted in little else than someone telling him a date the card would be there, which was last week. I'm really angry about all of this. I don't want to buy books, and I don't appreciate being lied to, however I will appreciate the action that my credit card company and bank will be taking on them. Nice knowing ya flex card!
